Besides driving a school bus and working at Elk Mills Store, Mike Potter attends to many of the needs of the Sugar Hollow grounds, including grooming the lawns and walking paths. He also produces the distinctive rustic signs used at the retreat. Christy Potter cheerfully works in the office and helps with other tasks when the workload demands it. The two live in Mike's family homeplace on Sugar Hollow Road with their children.
