Sugar Hollow has a network of over 9 miles of walking trails on its 300 acre premises. Also, the nearby Appalachian Trail, Over Mountain Victory National Historical Trail, Virginia Creeper Trail, and Elizabethton Walking Tour offer more opportunities for open air and exercise.
